start a program directly into a sandbox [SOLVED]

How can i start a program directly into a precreated sandboxie ? a bat file ? any c# line code ? anything else ?

is there a way i can see what is currently running into a sandboxie maybe by reading a file or with any c# code ?

You can see what's running in the Sandbox by looking at Sandboxie Control.
Other option is using Resource Access Monitor:
