Performance on using Sandboxie heavily?

I was wanting to get a secondary SSD for my laptop and use it for Sandboxie and isolate all my games and software.
Including things like big (online) games and software like Visual Studio

Is that possible, and would I encounter problems, lag or fps drops in this way?

Any help regarding this would be appreciated
