Browser Edge / Internet Explorer

Hallo, vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen. Wenn ich versuche den Internet Explorer oder den Edge Browser in der Sandbox zu starten, friert mein ganzer Rechner ein.
Hoffe es kann mir jemand weiterhelfen oder das Problem bestätigen.

Hello Hm,

Edge is currently not supported, please see this entry:

Internet Explorer should launch. Let's get some information:
Are you running Windows 10 64 or 32 bit ?
Do you have any Antivirus Software installed?
Do you receive any error messages when trying to launch the browser Sandboxed?
Does the issue follow you to a new Sandbox? Can you launch any other apps / web browsers?

Hello, I have Windows 10 64bit. Unfortunately, Kaspersky 2017 is also installed.
