Hi Barb,

Scenario:
Windows 8.1 x64
SBIE v5.27.3
The issue occurs with a new sandbox with default settings as well.
NAME & Version/build numbers of any applications involved: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 18.11.20055
No A/V

What are the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
Download the program from the link provided: https://s.put.re/vHiF1C6d.7z
Run AdobeReaderDCPortable.exe sandboxed, either right click on it or forced.
A blank frozen window shows up, that's it.

Hi Mr.X,

UPDATE -
Dev confirmed that the workaround you are using is the best way to go about it.
More details here: https://www.sandboxie.com/OpenWinClass

Thank you, we are able to repro the issue.
I have informed the devs, and we will update this thread if anything new comes up.
