The Windows version number?
Windows10 Home 64bit Insider Preview build 18290.1000 (only 64bit, 32bit seems to work).

Sandboxie version numbe
Beta Version 5.27.2

Does the issue occur in a new Sandbox with Default settings?
Yes, it does.

NAME & Version/build numbers of any applications involved?
All applications.

Are you running antivirus/anti-malware software?
Only WindowsDefender.

What are the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
Sanboxie does not start any application. Start.exe is aborting with this messages, when starting sandboxed default browser:
SBIE1222 Error with security token: [C00000BB / 35]
