Microsoft Outlook 2010 won't launch with MailWasher

Problem exists with 4.05.12 (64-bit) W7 but not with 4.05.12 (32-bit) XP. I just upgraded from 3.7 (I know, late to the party). This issue did not occur with 3.7 but started right away with 4.05.12. Issue is with MailWasher Pro and Microsoft Outlook 2010, and I have MS Outlook 2010 sandboxed. When w...

I have both SandBoxie and Comodo Firewall installed on 4 of my own PC's with varying versions of windows and never have encountered any compatibility or stability issues. Yes they work well together. Agree with tada. CFW D+ with sandbox enabled running on 3 computers presently (XP & W7) without any...

My criterion for needing Sandboxie is whenever I am connected to the internet. 8)

Tzuk already responded this the best: "There are plenty of software that are designed to protect your information when you access to bank website that you already trust. That software says "if you trust the web site but don't trust your computer to be virus-free, then use me." So use one such softw...

Belated Merry Christmas, and an early Happy New Year!
Sandboxie is, in the eyes and hearts and minds of many people, Product of the Year once again.
A million thanks, Tzuk, and a pat on the back to the great forum members who pitch in with support as well.

Do you have your Sandboxie set to "Allow direct access to entire your browser profile folder"...? Good point, BN. I reconfigured my setting (removed access to entire Chrome profile). Glad you brought that up. But can you or anyone else elaborate for me how that impacts everyday browsing with Chrome...

Here is another SBIE/Chrome/OA user experiencing the same issue.
The thread also contains a link to an OA thread from back in March in which this issue is discussed.
Just wanted to append this info to this thread for reference.

It should always be noted that Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox have made significant changes to their browsers and their compatibility with Sandboxie or any other software will have teething problems.idea: Unless they stabilize which is unlikely in the near term, the struggle continues. :P : Agre...

I can install Chrome 21.0.1180.60 in a sandbox (on 64-bit Windows 7) and it seems to work fine, so I don't think this is a general problem with version 21.0.1180.60 but perhaps something specific to your setup. As a first step I suggest that you create a new sandbox (and leave it with default setti...
