Hiding message not working

Anybody ever had trouble hiding a message? I am all of a sudden getting a ton of messages that say: SBIE2214 Request to start service 'bits' was denied due to dropped rights SBIE2219 Request was issued by program SandboxieDcomLaunch.exe [Chrome] SBIE2220 To permit use of Administrator privileges, pl...

Re: 4.17 Beta Available (Latest Version 4.17.6)

Question --- Can a Sandboxie user revert to a previous version, by installing that previous version over top of the more recent version?
Or, is the only way to go back to uninstall SBIE and install the version you want?
I simply want to go back to 4.17.5 from 4.17.6.

Re: 4.17 Beta Available (Latest Version 4.17.6)

Some feed back on 4.17.5 & then 4.17.6. As I posted to Bo Elam on Wilders, yesterday I installed .5 over top of .4 on two W7x64 machines. On one machine, the "allow print spooler access for this session" improvement worked perfectly. Not so on the other, as it was throwing up constant "SBIE1319 Bloc...

The color scheme has been changed to Windows 7 Basic

Today I upgraded to 4.14 on a couple 7x64 computers. This evening I got a Windows message I have never encountered before , that apparently is attributed to memory usage... The color scheme has been changed to Windows 7 Basic The current color scheme has exceeded its allowed memory so the color sche...

Re: Chrome Version 38.0.2125.101 m does not work with Sandbo

Hi, If you are referring to the Sandboxie Version Number Sandboxie site only show Version 4.12. Where is 4.13.5? :?: Hi laopa, Yes, I was referencing a beta version. In case you are not aware, tzuk always gave us betas that had the same stability and effectiveness as final releases. We all grew to ...

Re: 4.13 Beta Available (Latest Version 4.13.5)

In the interest of feedback regarding Chrome browser... upgrading to 38.0.2125.101 did not go well with 4.13.4 installed.
All I got in pages opened with Sandboxie were "Page(s) Unresponsive" dialogs.
Upgrading to 4.13.5 made it all better.
TY for addressing the incompatibilities in 38.

I didn't see a response to this question about MBAE. Has it been addressed?

Per the MBAE product Support page...
Sandboxie may prevent MBAE from injecting its DLL into protected processes.

Re: SBIE2214 after Chrome update

Hi tomazyk, I also see Nix reporting this issue yesterday, Page did as well a couple of months ago. http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=18510 I don't use Chrome but if I was using it I would hide the message and leave Drop rights in place if the browser is still usable after doi...

Re: Sandboxie and chrome no longer work well together

Does the OP run CCleaner? If you do, make certain that you have the most current version of CCleaner. I have been caught in the switches when Chrome updated, and I failed to update CCleaner and it was corrupting Chrome preferences. I have not read this entire thread and if this suggestion does not p...
