I think I'll forget about Sphere's Defensewall for a while, for there is no 64-bit support by that program. Hey Jan73, don't just forget about DefenseWall for a while, do it for good. I use to have both programs at the same time, never had an issue as far as I could tell but I decided to uninstall ...

Re: Run installed applications or install them into Sandboxi

Is Sandboxie used to run an already installed application or is it used to install an application on it ? Hi, create separate/dedicated sandboxes for each application that you already have installed and want to run under the supervision of Sandboxie. Harden each sandbox by applying restrictions. Wh...

Hey Mike, I use to run both programs together but at the end, decided to keep
only one in order to avoid probable problems. For me, choosing SBIE over DW
was easy, I recommend you do the same.

Go to Applications>EMail Reader>Outlook Express.

Select Outlook Express, afterward OE should work fine sandboxed.

I just got that message 170 times while browsing my local library's site. I clicked the Close button, or there might have been more of them. SBIE2205 Service not implemented: CM_GDNRP (00000003) This is a site that I visit nearly every day, and this is the first time I've encountered the message. S...

Without a restart, Defense Wall wont install. Don't even try it.

This just happened again, although this time it was like what Bo posted about... it was my IE sandbox that displayed the error message and would not delete until after reboot. Its what I told you, its happening too often for you. Whenever it happens to me, I just install the latest beta and that fi...

This has never happened to me on my OE sandbox but, maybe, once every 3/6 months or so my surfing sandbox does not get deleted unless I reboot. After reboot, the contents of the sandbox, deletes. I don't consider it a problem but just wandered if what Page42 experienced, its the same that I just des...

Re: Tracking Cookies

Could someone please explain how tracking cookies can be detected by Norton NIS 2010 and eliminated when the browser is always sandboxed? Shouldn't automatic deletion of the Sandboxie contents also delete any cookies? As far as I know, the only way tracking cookies come into a computer is through t...

As far as I know there should be no problem running the 3 programs on the same computer. If you go to the software compatibility window of SBIE, you ll find listed Online Armor and Avast and you should click on each of them so the compatibility with those 2 applications is improved. Upgrading from 3...

Hi Valerie, I know you are frustrated but SBIE 3.46 is working properly for most users, including people that have Vista 32 bits like you. I can testify that as I have installed it on my brothers Vista 32 bits PC. I am sure that you ll get better help from Tzuk, so don't despair and let the big guy ...

When I say no delay. I mean no delay once Firefox is on the screen as a visible window. Of course there is a delay between clicking the Firefox desktop icon and Firefox up and running. On my pc it takes about 5 to 6 seconds. Without Sandboxie and DW it takes abot 2 to 3 seconds. I must point out fo...
