Re: Lastpass extension crashes in Chrome

Hello kydar, So far, I have not been able to reproduce the issue. I am going to leave Chrome + LastPass + Sbie running for a while and will update this thread if anything comes up. Please let me know the results after having re-installed the application outside Sandboxie and testing in a new Sandbox...

Re: Accept & Store Program Changes

Hello flyingfox, The recovery options for Sandboxie are listed below: https://www.sandboxie.com/RecoverySettings There are also ways to allow Sandboxie to write directly to your host, but that will not allow you to "stage" anything, it will directly bypass the Sandbox and write to disk: https://www....

Re: Lastpass extension crashes in Chrome

Hello kydar, The only solution is to delete the entire sandbox and create a new one Do you mean that if you delete the contents of your Sandbox, the issue persists after relaunching Chrome? At that point, if I uninstall it ... If the application is installed on the host, then you would need to re-in...

Re: Microsoft Outlook 2016 launch problem - Sharepoint credentials/ One Drive

Hello Rmar , By default, Sandboxie has read access to your computer stuff (but it can't write to it unless explicitly set to do so). Unfortunately, I don't have enough information regarding the account or rules being used in order to test this on my end. I still cannot reproduce any of the issues li...

Re: Data loss prevention - support for Sandboxie

Hello praveenmkr , In order to find out if an application will work with Sandboxie, you should install Sandboxie and test it. You can download Sandboxie for free here: https://www.sandboxie.com/ If after testing the application you experience any issues, please follow these guidelines and create a p...

Re: how to run ccleaner sandboxed

Hello jpsdjs, Please see: https://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=11091#p71060 If you run CCleaner inside Sandboxie, it will defeat the purpose of CCleaner as it will not be able to clean your system (the changes will only take place in the Sandbox. That is, if it doesn't hang, as e...

Re: Microsoft Outlook 2016 launch problem - Sharepoint credentials/ One Drive

Hello Rmar , Thanks for the update. I have made the devs aware. They re-reviewing the PML you sent before as we did not notice this block in the Resource Access Mon Logs, or PML in the past. Can you confirm that if you remove that entry, the old behavior comes back? And to clarify, this is for all o...

Re: Sboxied Chrome won't download to desktop automatically

Hello leeAberfa , Sandboxie 3.58 is deprecated and no longer supported. (We do not even offer it for download on our website, so not sure where you got it from, nor what do you mean by "experimental" ?) . Please download the latest version of Sandboxie here: https://www.sandboxie.com/DownloadSandbox...

Re: M.E.DOC, Network version, self update

Hello lexxai , Let's try the opposite approach, instead of direct access just block that IPC. Perhaps it'll help: Right-click on your Sandbox --> Sandbox Settings--> Resource Access--> IPC Access --> Blocked Access Click "Add Program" Add station.exe Hit "OK" Hit "Edit/Add" Paste *\BaseNamedObjects*...

Re: M.E.DOC, Network version, self update

Hello lexxai, I am unable to download the program to test it. I tried different versions and they all get stuck at "starting" the download. One of the downloads has started and is showing 1 day left. Not sure I will be able to get this at all. Why do you need to run this program Sandboxed? Can you p...

Re: M.E.DOC, Network version, self update

Hello lexxai, Please provide exact repro steps so that we can try to replicate the issue. Does the issue follow you to a new Sandbox with default settings? What are the exact error messages you are presented with? Are you using an Admin account? Also be sure to provide the version of all the applica...
