Re: Sandboxed Thunderbird Links don't open Chrome

Thank you for your reply! My default browser: Chrome Version 72.0.3626.109 (Official Build) (64-bit) My default email program: Thunderbird 60.5.1 (32-bit) This occurs whether Chrome is running or not, sandboxed or not. The steps to reproduce: 1. Start Thunderbird, which runs inside Sandboxie 2. Open...

Re: How can I downgrade registered Sanboxie

I wanted to thank you again. After not getting a solution to my problem question today, I ran the 5.26 Sandboxie installer. A sandboxed Thunderbird will now open links again...so it's definitely something to do with version 5.28.

Re: How can I downgrade registered Sanboxie

Thank you for your quick reply. I will wait until tomorrow. But one more question, I'm not sure what you mean when you say "run the installer over the top".

I don't know how to get the previous versions or what number it would be for Win10, 64-bit.

How can I downgrade registered Sanboxie

Hi:
Since I haven't been able to get an answer to my question at viewtopic.php?f=11&t=26460, I would like to downgrade to the version before 5.28 (I don't know what that was). Can someone tell me how I can revert to the previous version?
Thank you,

Sandboxed Thunderbird Links don't open Chrome

I have Windows 10, 64-bit, & just updated Sandboxie to version 5.28 (64-bit). Before updating, I've always been able to click email links in Thunderbird (version 60.5.1, 32-bit) & it opens in my default browser, Google Chrome (version 72.0.3626.109 (Official Build) (64-bit)). After updating Sandboxi...

Re: Cryptojacking

Thank you again! For what it's worth, I had "installed it", so I thought. After reading your post, I went to check & found that Chrome didn't install it (not sure it's because I was using a Sandboxed Chrome at the time or if Google prevented it. In any event, it's not installed. Do you know if there...

Re: Cryptojacking

Thank you for your response! I do delete my Sandbox frequently & was unaware that I could do so automatically. Thanks for the suggestion! I found the option under Sandbox Settings/DefaultBox/Delete/Delete Invocation/Automatically delete contents of sandbox. I also just searched for & added "NoScript...

Cryptojacking [SOLVED]

I've been reading about cryptojacking where a website can run Java on your browser without you having to download any malware, & therefore use your computer to mine for crptocurrency. Does Sandboxie prevent cryptojacking?
Thank you in advance,

Latest Sandboxie version for Windows XP-SP3 (32-bit) [SOLVED]

I have a registered Sandboxie 5.06 for my Windows XP machine, but a registered up to date version (5.26 64-bit) on my Windows 10 machine. What is the latest Sandboxie version for Windows XP-SP3 (32-bit), as 5.26 won't install?
Thank you,
Phil

Re: Microsoft Edge support please

Hi Barb:
It's been more than a year & 1/2 since the last post in this thread. Any idea if Microsoft Edge will be sandboxed at some time.
Thanks,
Phil

Re: Sandboxie doesn't allow Lastpass to trust computer in Multifactor Authentication

That worked with Windows 10 & Google Chrome. Thank you so much Barb. After I followed your directions, I enabled Chrome to have direct access to cookies & had Lastpass trust my computer for 30 days. It no longer prompted me to use Google Authenticator. I then removed the direct access & it still doe...

Sandboxie doesn't allow Lastpass to trust computer in Multifactor Authentication[SOLVED]

I have Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit, & use Lastpass password manager & Chrome. In Lastpass, I use Google Authenticator for Multifactor Authentication. If I open Chrome outside of Sandboxie (which I don't want to do), I can enable Mutifactor Authentication in Lastpass and I get an option to "trust this com...

Re: Drag & drop attachments in Thunderbird don't work when Sandboxed

Hello Barb:
Thank you for your quick reply. Should I post the drag & drop issue in the Feature Request forum, or is it enough that you've made the devs aware of the issue?
